		<description>I am just as skeptical, but am willing to give it a shot again. 

Maybe not Monster, but LinkedIn is a way to get your name out. 

The problem for me is candidates just find it too easy to submit their resume online, and consider that jobhunting for the day. 

Truth be told, I&#039;ve done it myself, out of desperation, and I&#039;m supposed to be the professional who knows how worthless it is. 

The problem with the online social networking is the same as in life - why would someone who has good contacts give them to those who wants them?

Low reward/High Risk.  But the tools will get better - hopefully.
