Employers should be able to google resumes to find prospective employees. There have been several items written over the last few months on these topics under the banner of vertical search. I have been looking for an online resume provider who published in HR-XML to help facilitate such change. Companies like Indeed are starting the whole agregation process for us. Joel, why stop there.
