I’ve been relatively negative and skeptical about the current trend of social and business networking. I think Monster Networking is a disaster, for example.

However, SimplyHired, a new vertical job search engine has added a link to their job listings with a LinkedIn icon enabling users to access people in their LinkedIn network.

Will it be successful? Time will tell. But thumbs-up to SimpyHired for thinking outside the box and adding this interesting new feature. It’s a thoughtful differentiator, and I’m sure competitors will soon follow their lead.
