Looks like some research was collected recently by Webside Story and Net Applications to decipher how search engines rank with corporate users. The results don’t seem to be too scientific, but also aren’t surprising. Here ya’ go:

Google 44.5%
Yahoo 17.0%
MSN 10.9%
AOL 3.2%
Dogpile 0.8%
Ask Jeeves 0.9%

Quick takeaway for online recruitment professionals: Passive, already-employed top talent are primarily using Google. You should be in front of them.
