The story says, "With labor markets getting tighter,
they’re building their talent pools so that candidates will be waiting
in the wings when it’s time to hire."
Why aren’t more employers doing newsletters? This is so maddening to me … such a waste and a lost opportunity.

Wake up HR and marketing! These are your next employees. These are your next customers. Communicate with them. Build a relationship with them. Not only because it’s smart marketing and smart recruiting, but because chances are your competition isn’t.
Newsletters are cheap and easy to put together. What do you have to lose? What could you gain?
HR, march right into marketing today and ask how you can set-up a newsletter strategy targeting your job applicants. And if they don’t know what to do or can’t help, contact me, joel@hrseo.com.
