Checkout Monster’s new redesign. Hopefully I’m not too late on this … I try to visit the Big Three as frequently as I can.
The simplified, zip code job search is interesting. Obviously, the biggest beef against Monster from recruiters is the number of irrelevant resumes from faraway places and skills.
This ideally will help cut out some of the clutter employers receive, although I’m sure the inspired job seeker will find find a way to apply to everyone and their mother, just as before.
