It’s great to see a major job board, hotjobs, innovate. Seismic shifts in online recruitment business models are rare … and, hotjobs is shaking things up.
Its pay-for-performance model is ideally suited to vertical search and job aggregation.

If you like the concept check out http://www.worldwidejobs.de and try a search(e.g. “Product Manager” – First results with company logos are paying customers - results below are jobs found on employer websites). worldwidejobs has offered “Premium Placements” since early 2004 and international sites will follow pretty soon.
