From the looks of it, Google is providing links to sub-pages from a Web site via its search results.
In terms of online recruitment, think about this:
First, it obviously helps job seekers get to job openings with fewer clicks, which is a good thing (and part of what’s such a positive about the .jobs domain).
More importantly, though, if a corporate Web site can effectively create direct links to its jobs section via this kind of results page, it creates a great benefit in driving passive traffic to openings.
For example, approximately 6,000 people everyday search the term "wells fargo." If all those people saw a direct link to Wells Fargo’s employment page, a percentage will click and investigate what the company has to offer, even though the searcher had no initial intention of looking for a job.
