		<description>Oh my.. no kidding, I predicted Google would do exactly this a few months back.  Given that they basically return results to company web sites.. it seemed natural that they&#039;d simply add a sub link like this to that company&#039;s job postings.  This may have some impact on all those job aggregator sites out there. Thanks for catching this Joel.
