Recruiters check e-mail and online postings - they rarely if ever take the time to check &quot;Apply Online listings&quot; in their Monster account. 

At least none of the recruiters I know. 
 
They already have information overload.

		<description>I ran into a recruiter friend of mine tonite who is a CareerBuilder user. She has just the opposite problem. CareerBuilder now requires job seekers to apply through their online system and whenever she gets a resume it comes in as one long string of text which is difficult to read.

Makes you wonder if these sites ever heard of the term &#039;user friendly&#039;.</description>
