		<description>Peter-

Great one, indead, WHAT is their product? A mess and duplication of jobs from all over the net.........give them 6 months.......

On Google, I have posted before on their brand, depth and the potential they have to dominate in all sorts of niches.

BUT........do I think it will be an immediate shift of budget and ad spends from Monster and other boards, print, job fairs, billboards to Google......not so fast. Finding candidates and or finding people to BUY a product requires a marketing mix........this is why Monster and several of the niches will drive value for years.

Monster has a great brand and apparently from their earnings report (surprised not one person from Jobster or on recruiting.com mentioned this), they are doing pretty well with expected growth into '06.

Thanks
OS
