I think if he took things more seriously he would be speaking at SHRM and being a "highly paid" consultant to Fortune 100 companies HR folks that need to learn the net. This is my one nock on many of the blogs I read. Sales 101: You are your product. So if you come off more often than not as angry at the machine and or share much too much personal info, it has a negative effect on the perception, not reality. Keep up the great work. -OS Jason
