Microsoft Technical Central Sourcing Team seeks Primary Phone Research Sourcing Titan

I’m not even sure what I think about this. I’m at a loss for words, which is unusual.

Customers who love your company are great. Customers who start a blog and write about the various experiences they have with your brand are a whole different beast.

But that’s exactly what one huge fan of McDonald’s has done.

His blog, The McChronicles, is a homage to the Happy Meal provider the likes I have never seen.

"Chronicling the McDonald’s Brand Experience From The Customers’ Point Of View," the author provides insight into McDonald’s ads, customer service experiences and even dialog with actual employees. Photos and streaming video are also provided, documenting drive-thru experiences and such.

There are so many facets to the McChronicles blog, it’s hard to even know where to start. It’s one thing to blog about yourself, or your own company, but it’s a whole new ballgame when someone not associated with you at all spends a good chunk of their life blogging about you out of shear love.

I guess that’s when you really know you’ve made it.

Will we ever see employment-related blogs fashioned after The McChronicles? Time will tell.
