Microsoft Technical Central Sourcing Team seeks Primary Phone Research Sourcing Titan

As reported via their blog yesterday, SimplyHired is now running Google AdSense on their site in order to generate revenue via pay-per-click advertising.

If you’re not familiar with AdSense, now when someone clicks on a Google ad while surfing SimplyHired, SimplyHired gets a cut of the profits that an advertiser pays Google.

AdSense isn’t going to pay for everyone at SimplyHired to go out and buy beachfront property near their California digs, but it will help pay a few bills and pacify their investors a bit.

It should be noted that Indeed, SimplyHired’s primary rival in the burgeoning vertical job search space has been running AdSense on its site since I can remember.

Indeed has also moved past an AdSense-only strategy and has begun selling real estate uniquely to their users, which appears above the Google ads.

I fully expect SimplyHired to follow a similar strategy in the months to come.
