Great presentation Joel, I was there and felt the room had an epithany moment. The concept of slowly divorcing monster was a hard pill to swallow for some of the attendees but it certainly had everyone talking. I also agree with your assumption of Adwords, it is a foreign concept for most corporate recruiters.

I didn't really take a pulse, but my assumption would be low to zero.

Hi Joel,

Just heard your podcast, very good!

It will be interesting to see what Google does come out with their jobs product/service?

Out of interest what was the level of usage of adwords in the room from the HR people when you gave your talk?

Thanks

Mike
