Microsoft Technical Central Sourcing Team seeks Primary Phone Research Sourcing Titan

Hats off to Marc Cenedella and his company, The Ladders.

The job board, which caters to listings that fall in the >$100K category, is featured in a story in this month’s Business 2.0 (my favorite periodical, by the way).

The article is not yet online, but should be in a few weeks. Feel free to use access code B2DEC2072 to access it at www.business2.com.

The story does a good job of breaking down TheLadders origin and business model, which features free job listings for employers, while generating revenue with pay-to-play access to those jobs by searchers ($25 monthly or $150 annually).

I’m not particularly close to the $100K-plus job search market, but I’m surprised the model that TheLadders practices actually works. Color me surprised and impressed.
