monkey buzz is better - i don&#039;t really consider posting on your own corporate blog about your features as a &quot;buzz&quot; generating tactic. 

big budget monkeys missed the mark though, they already have broad awareness, they need to drive us good candidates but there&#039;s absolutely no call to action on that microsite about job searching... more likely to get a real candidate from Dice viral as opposed to the monkeys.

funny, relevant, not as slick...slow and grainy video, but at a bare minimum this has calls to action to drive candidates to do something...</description>
