noras survey reveals search engine marketing should be a priority

Do yourself a favor and head on over to Taleo’s blog, where the recent NORAS survey is highlighted. Among my favorite findings:

Virtually all (87%) active seekers are visiting more than one site. And
the greater percentage of seekers (35%) found those sites through a
search engine.
