Meet Vast.com. They offer vertical job search, a la Indeed and Jobster.
Interestingly, they also offer profile search, which could one day be used to search potential job candidates. Unfortunately a "resume" search today results in a list of "resumes" more beneficial to filling strip club vacancies than corporate openings.

I guess it is only matter of day when Vast search engine launches resumes, portfolios and CVs. Just name the vertical you need… as far as I see they are in preview mode now.
