		<description>This move is indeed to be expected.  The only way vertical job sites will thrive is with added value.  Going beyond mere vacancy identification for the job seeker;  going beyond simple advertizing for employers... there is going to be an ever increasing need for service providers to help reel in smaller pools of VERY well qualified candidates, just as headhunters do.
