It’s a good time to keep an eye on your Google rankings. Could be only temporary, but a lot of data centers are showing significant shake-ups on a wide array of employment-related searches.

One primary example is the current rankings for ‘jobs‘ for some users. Monster holds strong at No. 2, with CareerBuilder holding No. 1 and Yahoo! HotJobs in at No. 3. Hmm, CareerBuilder and HotJobs are active in Google Base, while Monster’s still not uploading its content. That couldn’t be a factor in the rankings, could it?

P.S. Results are the same personalized vs. not.
