Hey Joel, not being logged in, the targeting won’t be as specific job wise. Login and see if there is a difference.
HJ is a property on the Y! Network and thus, if inventory is available, can run ads based on the same criteria as Mail, News, Music, etc. However, as someone that lives with two cats, perhaps our behavioral targeting is a bit better then you give us credit for.
