    I think it means that the job aggregators (Indeed, SimplyHired, etc.) are making inroads and people are finding those provide what they need just fine from HotJobs, CareerBuilder, Monster and quite a few other places. It’s going to be hard to develop other content sticky enough to draw people to an individual job site. I’m not even sure what it would be. Vault.com with their insider employer reviews is probably the best attempt so far. The other top 20 Yahoo sites seem to be more compellingly sticky.
