<description>Hotjobs can behavoiral target. So, when looking for military people, you can market jobs and brands directly to the military people while they are on hotjobs or yahoo mail.

Currently yahoo can only analyze the behavoir of a user while that user is on yahoo's network. The same holds true for ebay. I imagine that a partnership will result in the two powerhouses sharing behavoiral data and making both consumer and recruitment marketing efforts more targeted. Hopefully!

Its &lt;a href="http://www.forbes.com/markets/economy/2006/05/23/yahoo-ebay-0523markets12.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;better stated here&lt;/a&gt; by Imran Khan of J.P. Morgan.

		<description>Fairly complete....

I'd add Paypal for Hotjobs audience and recruiters / advertisers

Contextual jobs advertising on ebay listings; they have hundreds of listings for resume services, for example.

Click to call / Skype - may sound far fetched, but imagine a) seeker clicking on a button next to the job posting and getting right through to the advertiser or their pre-recorded message; and / or b) recruiters clicking on a button next to a seeker's resume / profile to contact them directly.

regards
