When I jumped head-first into the dotcom phenomenon – sometime around 1997 – Fast Company was one of the first magazines to become a bible for the marketplace. “Online Recruitment’s Most Dangerous Blog,” Cheezhead chronicles how technology is reshaping the HR function. Cheesman loathes “the Trumpasauras” (i.e., Monster.com) and likens Google’s plans to integrate job content from Google Base into Web search to “readying the troops for Normandy.”
TalentZoo’s “Hiring Revolution” and George Lenard’s “Employment Blawg” are highlighted as well. Might be time to quit while I’m sort of ahead. Click here to checkout the entire article online.
