I’m going to the SHRM conference this month. Big deal, right?
I’m going to have a press pass and plan on using it to cover the show as only I know how. That means podcasts, photos, blog entries with plenty of insight and opinion, and anything else I can think of. Big deal still, right?
Here’s the fun part: I’m going to auction off the opportunity to sponsor my presence at the conference. I thought, If I’m going to the show anyway, why not do it a little differently and have some fun?
So, from now thru this Thursday, you can bid on the opportunity to sponsor Cheezhead’s SHRM Conquest and promote your company at SHRM in a whole new way:
Click here to checkout the eBay auction and bid now!
Good luck! Bidding starts at just 99 cents.

Joel fantastic concept and I see you have a bid already-
one ebay tip for you: start with a higher opening bid than .99 cents or you may end up being someone’s mouthpiece for a dollar!
I expect heavy bid action at the end ;-)

Joe,
How come there are 3 bids showing at $1,035? Aren’t people supposed to outbid each other?

Not sure. They were made by the same bidder, so they might have had some tech issues.

Nice move Joel. Once again, your unconventional approach is refreshing. One of the many reasons why you keep us coming back for more.
