Hats off to The Consumerist for posting the following phone call recording of an AOL user attempting to cancel their account (5 mins):

Not sure of the validity of this audio, although it sounds pretty legit, considering the legal speak at the end. Stuff like this really emphasizes the transparency of companies these days. One screw up can be posted on a personal blog for the world to see in minutes.

One day, if it hasn’t happened already, some disgruntled worker is going to go gansta on some unsuspecting employer in a big way like this and cause huge waves across the HR landscape.
