I sat down with HotJobs‘ main man, Dan Finnigan, at the SHRM conference today. It was a cordial interview, but filled with some good insight into how HotJobs plans to take Internet recruiting into the future, including an interesting announcement and some scoop on how behavioral targeting will be a thing of the search giant’s future.
