[...] I just read a “breaking news” post from Joel Cheesman where he announces that indeed.com has just announced testing on of a “PPA” (pay-per-applicant, pay-per-action) system with certain clients where they will only pay for actual job applicants as opposed to visitors. This brings online recruitment into the future and I believe other online recruitment websites are going to have to follow suit if they are to stay current in this very competitive market.
