google showing enhanced nav for top results

Being Google’s No. 1 result is just getting better and better. I came across the result below this morning, which shows in-site links from top ranked sites, now with URLs, further pushing down the other results below-the-fold.

What’s particularly curious about this is how Google is picking pages to highlight, and how to title them. There’s no clear rhyme or reason. For example, “Step 1″ is simply a text link in the body of the homepage. Maybe Google is serving those pages based on tracking the most popular pages via user behavior? Hmm.
