Blogs with Jobs

Regulars of Cheezhead know I’m a big fan of blogs that provide job content to their loyal readers. I even have one. I think they’re a fantastic resource for targeting passive candidates in coordination with search marketing efforts.

Fortunately, I’m not the only one.

Cutting through the clutter. The big problem, as I see it, is enabling employers the ability to find the right blogs and channels for their job openings with relative ease and efficiency.

As a result, I’ve created Blogs with Jobs (beta). The goal of the site is to become a resource for employers, or any interested party, such as the press or blogosphere, to get information on the top blogs that provide job posting functionality.

Blogs with Jobs will probably only be updated as new blogs are added (quite a few at first, then tailing off, then regaining momentum (my guess)), so I recommend signing up for the RSS feed for convenience.

Also, I invite you to add Blogs with Jobs to your own blogroll, Web site and tagging it via the service of your choice to help spread the word.

Lastly, if you have a blog that provides job content, please feel free to submit it today.

Interesting idea. I’ve got a “Blog for Jobs” site in the works for candidates.
