I just saw a commercial for Monster.com on the Fox News Channel during Hannity & Colmes. “If you post your resume on Monster, you are twice as likely to get a job.” Talk about a means to build a resume database. I bet if you survey job applicants using Monster, that percentage might be only 1% for landing a job.
