I received the following e-mail from Simply Hired :

Now, I know calling me Ian wasn’t malicious. However, if you want a blogger to write about your new product or service, it helps to get a name right.
If you don’t care, why should I?
(Unless, of course, Kay’s strategy was to get my name wrong so that I’d write about how she screwed up, thus highlighting their new solution. If that’s the case, Simply Hired’s marketing head is brilliant.)

That’s awesome.
It reminds me of a Nigerian 409 Scam e-mail I read about on http://www.magicgoat.com/scam/scam.htm, but with a more professional angle and less pseudo-English. ;)
