Vertical search is where online recruiting headed. Hopefully more companies will finally figure it out that they need to get back to basics; they need to get back to serving their customers. Isn't that who really pays them. A website that makes it easier for a job seeker (i.e. a customer) to find a job. Sounds like getting back to the basics to me.

Spidering allows any job board to add content. Yippee!!! But to what expense to the jobseeker. In this case, A jobseeker has to travel through 3 job boards to find the actual job and apply. In my eyes - it is a sure fire way to lose jobseekers (aka readers in the publishing world). There is no reason to visit a site that simply offers content that is taken from others. Original content rules!!!
