<description>Interesting that a guy who spells cheese &quot;cheez&quot; should question why Johbs.com is spelled with an h.

For the record there is nothing &quot;spammy&quot; about this site. The traffic that VOLUNTARILY visits the site knows exactly why they were there. They are looking for a JOHB!

Spam is the type of junk that Joel sends out to all the paranoid HR folks who visit this site so he can make money off of their traffic and stay home working in his pjs.

		<description>Joel,

You are absolutely right that we need to be vigilant about spam and misuse of our Publisher Program. In fact, we have some pretty advanced procedures and systems to detect abuse and we make sure that our advertisers don&#039;t pay for clicks that are fraudulent or low quality.

The whole point of our Publisher Program - including Jobroll - is to bring qualified, targeted candidates to job advertisers in the Indeed network. That works well when Publishers put relevant job content on their websites - such as SEO jobs on Cheezhead.

We&#039;ll continue to work hard to make sure each and every Publisher partner adheres to our strict Publisher Terms of Service: https://ads.indeed.com/jobroll/tos.jsp

Any abuse will be quickly addressed by Indeed and will not affect the overall high quality and highly targeted distribution of the Indeed advertising nework.
