The hype artists formula for internet success:
1. latch onto the latest craze. sprinkle liberally with loosely defined buzzwords. “Web 2.o” “myspace” “blogs” etc.
2. conjure up some twisted logic to make it apply to recruiting (even if it’s b.s.)
3. pump your story to the VC’s and other wannabe internet billionaires - people with more money than good sense
4. CASH!!!
