I'm a big fan of guerilla marketing--there's no doubt. When you study generational differences, guerilla marketing tactics are a pie in the face--tasty wake-up calls that may impede your space but certainly grab your attention.

My concern, well, more of a question actually, is how long-term are the strategies of the Simply Hired's of the world? Maybe I am looking too far ahead, but would be curious to see what percentage of cost and focus is being placed on guerilla marketing tactics for the now and long-term use of SimplyHired several years from now if the market takes a turn like the DOL predicts.

Nice interview. I missed a question about what he thinks about the entry of "horizontal" search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc) into their space (ie, Google Base).
