In addition to being a great guy, Electronic Arts‘ Jeff Hunter is the brains behind the recent Talent Unconference, and as such, is widely recognized as an innovator in the world of recruiting. I’m not alone in being a big fan. Hunter is also author of past Best Blog, Talentism.
