Jim Stroud has been bugging me for about a year to hangout in his Recruiter’s Lounge and do a podcast. It just never seemed like there was anything worth talking about.
But when we talked last week on the phone about the biz and life in general, I was sold when he made the comment: “Dude, what we just talked about just then, that’s a podcast. We need to do a podcast!”
