I see a lot of features that certainly help make the Employment Guide shareholders happy, but what does it bring to the table that helps recruiters and jobseekers? Both the site and the interview lean too much towards "we're doing what the others are doing." I've talked to a lot of wonderful people at Jobalot, and know there's a lot of potential there, but as a recruiter I don't want to waste my time on YAJSE (yet another job search engine - can we make that a standard acronym) that won't add value to my content (which I have to pay Jobalot to list each listing).
