I am very concerned to see the blogosphere pile on taking place on the original post. People need to be very careful when it comes to commenting over the internet and end result of those comments, see the Kathy Sierra incident in the last couple of weeks http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kathy_Sierra.

Having said all that I am looking forward to your post Joel.

In my humble opinion, this Jobster/Goldberg thing just hammers home the "Influence of Blogs" argument....even further if the Jobster Board passes on a vote of "NO Confidence"

Ironic that Goldberg himself seemingly questioned the VALUE of recruiting.com about a week ago...hmm blogs have value...can make you transparent...have influence and SUPRISE!...can get you FIRED!

I love you,
WorkFarce
