Count me as the newest member of the Jennifer Floren Fan Club. “Jenny,” as her employees call her, is the CEO of Experience.com, a “university-powered entry level jobs and recruiting solution that helps employers connect to the nation’s largest network of diverse and educated candidates.” They are also a Cheezhead advertiser.
Although I had known of Floren for quite awhile - which isn’t too tough, considering she’s been in the game since ‘96 - I had never gotten a chance to meet her until last week when we sat down for an interview. In front of the camera, she discusses her company, gives advice on recruiting Millennials and drops some supportive words on any young female aspiring to be an entrepreneur. Off camera, she’s a genuinely friendly, thoughtful person.
