Not that this comment has anything to do with the video, but this post reminds me of Onrec last year where the organizer suggested that the industry needed to get more candidate voices in future HR conferences so that there is more balance and so the process becomes “more human”.

And let’s not forget Joe Grimm, the Detroit Free Press recruiter who runs the Ask the Recruiter column! Joe was the funny one who reminded us that if you are afraid of the word blog, don’t call it a blog.
