A: I’ll be in both this week.

Vancouver on the 9th. Vegas on the evening of the 9th and all day on the 10th at Kennedy. Never been to Vancouver, so feel free to forward any dining recommendations my way. If you’re going to Kennedy, feel free to look me up. My panel session is at 4:45 p.m. on the 10th.

Vancouver is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It truly is an incredible gem. Make sure you walk the streets in Chinatown and the market down by the harbor. Both have tons of great places to grab a bite. Just see which places are busy and you’ll know they either cater to a lot of simpletons or the food is great. Either way, you win! :)

second that- Vancouver is practically an urban paradise, goofing-off on Granville at night is an experience.

    Joel,

You are in for a treat! Wonderful place to visit and just walk around. I would 2nd a visit to Chinatown, and bring your appetite.

If you like coffee, Jeff Hunter (EA) introduced me to an incredible coffee house in downtown VC with perhaps the best “fancy schmancy” coffee drink I’ve ever had. I can’t remember the name, you’ll have to ask Jeff. But downtown VC is awesome…so if you’re there hit this place for a little boost.
