Fantastic interview Joel and Jim! Can’t wait to try itzbig! Shortly I’ll be evaluating and ranking ten top job search engines, and I’d love to include itzbig in the comparison. I’m a Texas resident … any chance I can try the site?

I truly think that Jim, Hank, and team have a matching engine that will be hard to beat. The chicken and the egg challenge wont slow them down at all imo.
