The following pay-per-click ad caught my eye recently:

Farmers Insurance Jobs

The link goes to a page focused on diversity. Not shocking, considering the ad hopes to attract Spanish-speaking candidates.

Diversity job boards have long been seen by employers as a necessary expenditure, made possible by government regulation. And a lot of diversity job sites count on such regulation for their very existence.

I’m no lawyer, but the above ad showcases an interesting, self-serve, potentially inexpensive way to “cover your ass” with the Feds. Oh, and you might get some candidate flow out of it too.
