Our buddy Chris Russell has just launched JobBoarders.
He says:
It’s intended to be a free outlet for job boards and their employees to socialize and announce things.
Powered by Ning, the site is the latest in what is already a very long tail of niche social networking destinations, thanks in large part to Ning.
The phenomenon is certainly one to watch, but I question the longevity of such networks as the space becomes more and more cluttered. No doubt many such destinations will see spikes in activity at launch. The challenge is in keeping the mojo going.
