I see these sites as the real competition for job boards. After all - you can not make your job postings free. You can download it as a server solution and run your own customizer version. One correction: if they are running a commercial site on the wordpress.com servers, it isn't free. You have to pay to have a commercial site. Personal blogs, like mine, are free. If you think the Jewish job boards are an issue, how about all the Christian ones? They also exist, you know.
