The following is a message from Sue Hayden, Senior Vice President, Telesales at Monster, for her team in light of the layoffs:

Team,

By now you have likely heard Sal’s message to all Monster employees and have seen our internal and external communications. We have a number of communications initiatives staged over the next couple of days, to answer your questions and those of your team members. These will include company-wide, sales-wide, and telesales-specific communications and meetings.

I look forward to talking with each of you and sharing more detail about our direction. Although this will be a tough day in many
respects, I’m bullish on the outlook for Monster as a leader in this market and have a great deal of optimism about what these important changes will mean for our ability to be successful in the sales organization.

In the meantime, it’s likely that you and your reps will be asked questions. Kathryn Burns is our PR contact if you receive any
questions from press. Those should be forwarded to her immediately. If you have questions or concerns from customers, I’ve attached the following speaking points and a customer letter. This letter can be used to respond to your customers or prospects as needed. It will also be going out as a sales daily urgent. I’m also available at any time to speak with any of your customers or team members.

Our teams need to see us and know we support them. Be present out on the floor, and try to keep everyone focused on what we do everyday – that is, representing Monster with pride.

Best, Sue

    LOL!

Sue is a total JOKE, and so is most of middle and upper management. They have NO CLUE about how to take care of their Sales Reps…. NOT A CLUE.

If current Sales Reps. were smart, they would run for the hills NOW!

Go find a better Company to work for, one that treats you with at least 1 ounce of RESPECT.
