I wonder what CareerBuillder’s ownership - encompassing three major newspaper groups - thinks about this latest marketing e-mail which basically says, “Use newspaper classifieds and the planet gets it!” Funny stuff. Maybe Microsoft put them up to it.

This recent MySpace bulletin caught my attention. I’m surprised more users aren’t leveraging the world’s largest social networking site in this way. Or maybe they are, just none of them are my friends. Here’s hoping Recruiter Trish out in DC metro lands a job.

Via mass e-mail, Wetpaint, the power behind the Cheezhead wiki, tells us we’re ranked No. 624 among all their communities. Not too impressive, but there are over 470,000 wikis on their platform, so we could do a lot worse. The ranking system is a bit vague, but seems to be a mix of traffic, contributions, members, [...]
